The soft and fluffy texture of this blouse is knotted at the back using cellulose Viyella fabric from characterized. It is designed to be worn with the strings cut out from the collar and back body tied at the back. It can be worn in a variety of ways, even with the strings hanging down without tying, as if a scarf is hanging down from the collar.
