WATER-REPELLENT NYLON TWILL FUR BIG MODS COAT

This oversized mod's coat is made from thick, padded water-resistant nylon twill fabric. It has a bulky silhouette, yet is neither too heavy nor too light.
The amount of padding in each part of the garment has been carefully calculated to create just the right amount of bulk in the overall silhouette. Combining padding with nylon creates a distinctly "mode" nuance.
The khaki and orange color combination brings to mind the MA-1, widely regarded as the quintessential flight jacket.
A drawstring at the waist can be used to tighten the silhouette. It has "buffalo horn" toggles on either end that add a rugged accent. Meanwhile, a drawstring at the hem (equipped with rubber toggles) can be used to draw the hemline in closer to the body.
The front zipper can be closed all the way up to the chin, making this the ideal piece for staying warm in cold, windy weather.
Gray/brown faux fur features around the hood, which matches perfectly with the khaki/green color combo.
The left front pannel features an outer chest pocket that is ideal for storing a phone for easy access.
There are also vertical pockets on the inside that have been positioned for quick access.
This coat is slightly longer and wider than other mod's coats previously released by S'YTE. The wider profile - combined with the drawstrings at the waist and hem - make this a versatile piece whose silhouette can be adjusted to the wearer's liking/needs.

※ About the Mod's Coat
In Japan, "mod's coats" refer to coats based on the M-51 field jacket, a U.S. Army jacket created in 1951 to provide protection from extremely cold weather conditions. Dead stock of the M-51 eventually made its way to the UK, where it was adapted by the Mods as a fashionable outerwear piece.
