The fourth collaboration between S’YTE, a brand that carries forward the distinctive cuts and silhouettes characteristic of Yohji Yamamoto Inc., and TAION, a brand renowned for its continued creation of high-quality, high-performance down items, arrives on Thursday, October 22, under the theme of “Anti-Mode.”
This season, every item features either a reversible design or a 2-way construction. The collection embodies S’YTE’s signature approach, combining functionality with distinctive design.
Continuing from the previous collaboration, the collection features 800-fill-power down, which traps a large volume of warm air even in small quantities. Balancing excellent heat retention with lightweight comfort, the down is designed to minimize the characteristic puffiness of down garments, creating clean, minimalist silhouettes.
This reversible sukajan jacket features the smooth texture and refined sheen of velvet. Set against a deep black base, the front is embroidered with a bird and a swallowtail butterfly, while both sleeves feature butterflies and vibrant floral motifs. On the back, bold embroidery of butterflies, flowers, and the words “S’YTE TOKYO” creates a striking statement.
