SHIWANOARU P/E STRETCH TWILL PADDED OVER SIZE RIDERS JACKET

This is a non-leather version of our classic motorcycle jacket.
It has a slightly oversized silhouette.
It has been padded in certain parts such as the collar to ensure they do not look or feel flimsy.
Fulled melton is a classic fabric used by Yohji Yamamoto, but for this piece, a very specific type of the fabric was sought after that could provide a particular sense of structure, cold protection, weight reduction, and a sleek, modern (rather than rugged) look.

Featuring four pockets on the front, and two small belts at the hips for size adjustment.
The back is made up of 4 lines of stitching that join the panels.
This is a key feature of a classic British-style motorcycle jacket.
More specifically, this piece is inspired by the Lightning jacket, a historical product of Lewis Leathers in England that has more than half a century's worth of history.
The zippers on the pockets feature ball and chain-style fasteners.

The abundance of pockets make the jacket highly practical.
Although not made from cow leather, the material is meant to replicate the ruggedness of the cow leather version.
As for sizing, it is intended to fit one size oversized.

The sleeves are relatively slim fitting, but still leave room for a few layers of innerwear.
This is an extremely versatile jacket that suits all body types and genders.

[Fabric] Black Polyester Stretch Twill
The use of bulky polyester yarn gives this synthetic fabric a natural and smooth feel, almost like a natural material. 
It has a matte texture and drape that is reminiscent of wrinkled gabardine.
This is a high tech fabric that is easy to care for, but does not feel like a sportswear textile.
Despite being a synthetic fabric, it feels remarkably natural.
