6 ? 1 THE MEN: Comme des Garcons & Yohji Yamamoto
The legendary men's collection of the men's first Yohji Yamamoto & Comme des Garcons &, which was held at the Meiji Jingu swimming pool on June 1st, the time of the 1991 Gulf War and the transition period towards the end of the bubble period. This pin-up girl was a goddess of luck to give courage to American soldiers or to recollect the love of their home town, and the pinup girl-like element in original form was casted along with models such as young BJC and YMO et al, Edgar Winter, Charles Lloyd and other musicians and actors as the main attraction and sensationally became the main character of this joint collection.
* The body is a revival of the collaboration with Kume fiber whom we had formed a tag team at the beginning of the S'YTE brand. We reconsidered the already familiar round body without seams, ribs and size balance, and also created a new body. An M size is a relaxed fit size for men, and a big T size feeling for women.
We proposed a trendy special XXL-like oversize for size L. Taking 2 sizes more for the width of the garment and the shoulder length, the sleeve length and length of the shirt is limited to 1 size, sealing the [just big] look to create an Ultimate Big silhouette. Not just for large sized people, we`d also like smaller men and women to have fun with the graphics and sizes as a fashion, making use of the shirt depending on the patterns.
