This plain stitch knitted jacket is woven from a special polyester yarn that is surprisingly lightweight and stretchy in spite of its volume. This piece has a sporty look and is highly durable, which is somewhat unusual for knitwear.
A key feature of this piece is the way that it seamlessly blends different knitted patterns, a feat made possible thanks to the specialized manufacturing method. Plain stitch and pique stitch are used alternately on the front and back. The armpit gussets have a gently curved silhouette.
This manufacturing method used to make this piece can only be found at a small handful of factories found outside of Japan. Despite its big silhouette, this pullover is surprisingly lightweight, breathable and smooth to the touch.
Both sides of the garment are equipped with zippers, which can be opened to show off your innerwear.
