Details

This plain stitch knitted jacket is woven from a special polyester yarn that is surprisingly lightweight and stretchy in spite of its volume. This piece has a sporty look and is highly durable, which is somewhat unusual for knitwear.
Each part of the jacket features a slightly different knitted pattern.
The garter stitch on the shoulders and pockets contrasts with the plain stitch on the lapels and front and back body. The raglan sleeves emphasize the different stitches used for each panel.
Snap buttons are used to create a clean closure.
The manufacturing method used to make this piece is limited to a small handful of factories found outside of Japan.
Despite having a sportswear-like feel to it, the jacket has a relaxed fit. The knitted fabric is surprisingly lightweight and breathable, and feels irresistibly smooth to the touch. Its durability and water-resistant properties make this piece easy to care for.
