Shiwanoaru Polyester Stretch Twill Padded Mods Coat

S'YTE's classic mod's coat has been updated to be even more smart, sleek and modern by shortening it to a more flattering length.
This time, we aimed to secure a certain shape and reduce weight with an eye to early spring, and by sandwiching a thin padded sheet between the collar and various parts, we secured the rise and fullness and firmness of the collar and various parts.
Featuring heavy-duty design details such as rubber cord stoppers and adjustable rubber cuffs.
In addition, the waist is equipped with a drawcord which can be used to adjust the silhouette of the body.
The hood is attached with a zipper, allowing you to remove it completely if desired.
Snap buttons at the neck can be used to keep the collar closed and give structure to the neck area.
These are useful for keeping out the wind.
When updating the design of our mod's coat, we also considered how the coat would look when worn with the front left open to create the perfect oversized, genderless silhouette.

Made from sportswear-like materials, this is a piece that stands out on the streets.

※ About the Mod's Coat
This M-51 field jacket was a 1951 model of a coat made by the US military for protection from extremely cold weather conditions. It was soon adopted by British mods after a large quantity of the jacket's deadstock was sent to the UK. In Japan today, this style of coat is referred to as the "mod's coat."

About the fabric: The polyester stretch twill feels smooth in a natural way, and is reminiscent of an organic material. This is thanks to the unique way that it is processed. It is medium thickness and feels relatively firm, yet drapes beautifully.
