A medieval-style cloak with rounded tips and height, commonly known as a big collar cloak.

In recent years, there has been a strong trend toward smaller collars, especially on shirts, but there are signs of a return to the "deka collar" trend that dominated around 1980.
The gimmick of opening both arms from the slit cut out in the shape of a "C" on the front maximizes wearability.
Flap pockets on both sides of the front and extra-large flap pockets on the back also give it a military feel.
Of course, in addition to its lightweight and large storage purpose, the back drape created by unbuttoning the flap buttons functions as a design feature.
