Return

If you would like to return items purchased at THE SHOP YOHJI YAMAMOTO, you may do so within 14 days from the date you received your package by clicking here.
After we receive your request, a DHL return shipping label will be sent to your email address.  
Returns must use the provided label and arrive at our warehouse in their original condition, within 7 days from the date the return shipping babel was sent.
Returns received after this period will only be accepted at our discretion.

Please note that for returns made for reasons other than product defects, will incur the return fee $28/£20 per order.
⁜ The above terms do not apply if your purchase is faulty.

Refund 

After receiving and  inspecting the returned items, we will process your refund through the payment method you used at the time of purchase.
Please note that it may take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned goods.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time until you receive the refund. 
Please note that the delivery fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Returns Notice:

　• Returns must arrive at our warehouse within 7 days from the date the return shipping label was sent.
　• We only provides return services. If you wish to exchange for another item, please place a new order.
　• All returned items must be new,unused and with all original garment tags attached.
　• Items labeled as Vintage, Vintage Special Price,or purchase during specific sales periods cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of faulty items.
　• Items purchased using a coupon will be refunded at the amount actually paid.
　• For hygiene reasons, returns of underwear and socks are not accepted after the package has been opened.
　• Garments or accessories made to customer specifications are non-returnable.
　• Pre-ordered items are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue.
