Y’s will launch its first collaboration with HTC (Hollywood Trading Company)—the brand led by legendary Hollywood vintage dealer and stud artist Zip Stevenson—on Wednesday, March 11, 2026.

The capsule collection features eight styles, including a trucker jacket, sneakers, belts, and clasp purses. Signature Y’s essentials are reinterpreted through Zip Stevenson’s meticulous jewel stud craftsmanship, blending vintage sensibility with Y’s refined mode aesthetic. His bold yet intricate stud work elevates each piece with a distinctive presence while maintaining a sense of understated luxury.

A highlight of the collection is the gabardine trucker jacket, where the handwritten Y’s logo—once used on the historic Y’s for men red label—is recreated entirely with spike studs, forming a striking relief-like expression. Above the logo, the brand’s founding year “1972” is also rendered in precisely arranged studs across the back.

The collection will be available at select Y’s stores—Y’s Isetan Shinjuku, Y’s Omotesando, Y’s / Y’s for men / LIMI feu Shibuya PARCO, Y’s Iyotetsu Takashimaya, Y’s Matsuzakaya Nagoya—as well as the official online boutique.

Y’s Narrow Half Sunburst Studs Belt

A single-pin buckle belt crafted from thick cow leather. HTC’s iconic Sunburst motif is reimagined as a Half Sunburst pattern, evenly studded along the belt using silver studs in balanced color combinations.

Y’s Shadow Studs Sneaker – White / Black

Y’s classic low-top sneaker, offered in a unisex size range. Intricate stud work across the canvas upper forms a hand-drawn Y’s logo, creating a striking visual statement.

Y’s Hard Studs Blouson

A cotton gabardine trucker-style blouson featuring alternating “Y” motifs on the front. The back echoes the motif arrangement and is further detailed with “Yohji Yamamoto” spelled out in assorted stud work, forming an elaborate design.

Y’s Shadow Studs Blouson

Another gabardine trucker-style piece featuring subtle spike studs on the front, while the back showcases the “1972” year mark and hand-drawn Y’s logo rendered with precise spike-stud craftsmanship.
